24p in Xpress Pro Question

Hello all,

I'm new to using 24p in Avid. I've logged a bunch of footage in 24p, edited it, and now am ready to output it. I've been able to burn a DVD, but I can't output to tape since the tape can't read 24p...or that's my understanding.

What do I need to do to transfer the footage to 30? Do I have to relog all the footage? Should I have digitized it all in 30 to begin with?

Any help, advice, or enlightenment would be grand!

try DVFilmmaker. i think but not sure that it does some 24p to 30 conversions(from the dvx100). try that and good luck
