Would upgrading the Mac G4 with an OS10 to a Jaguar or a panther enable me to use Avid Xpress to edit mini dv cassette recordings or do I need additional tools. Also this Mac lacks a dvd drive, would an external drive such as the one made by Lacie merit the cost. or should I settle for VHS. On a very tight budget.
