tripod for dcr hc1000

i recently purchased a dcr hc1000. Does anyone have a tripod recommendation? Has anyone used the sony tripods with the handle remote control? eyedrbob

I will say that I talked to a fellah at Equpment Emporium and he reccomended the Libec TH-M20 System that is listed for $225.00 there.

Features a true fluid head with ball leveling, ideal ofr smaller camcorders. Aluminum 2 stage features mid level spreader, height of 27-59.

I'm thinking about it...good luck mate!
