Display icons flicker on HC1000

Hi everybody,

I bought sony hc1000 few days back and want ur help to decide about a possible problem

I have noticed a small flickering of all display icons while recording or playback but the recorded videos are perfectly all right

I asked several people and some member of this forum as well but now have conflicting reports. Some said as long as video is alright its ok and other mentioned a possible fault

Can any body add to this?
