Camcorder which can Capture the Scenes Separately ???

Help Please, I have a Panasonic 120 camcorder which has a sweet ability of separating each scene by separate clips /whenever I paused the camcorder/ at the downloading /capture/ to the computer, I'm looking for a 1/3 inch 3 CCD camcorder which has the same ability. Does the Panasonic DVX 100, DVC 30 or JVC DV 300 ...... have this function??? I know that non of the Sonys does it. I appreciate any Help. THANK YOU!

Actually, scene detection is not a function of a miniDV camcorder as long as date/time has been properly set on the camcorder. It is a function of the capture software and often has an option to turn it on and off. So, you can capture with scenes detected with any miniDV cam.
