I've had an XL2 since May; I love it. As I use it more and more, however, my conscience tells me I might do well to consider buying a separate deck to rewind/review/capture tapes. Video is becoming my profession i.e. I'm using the XL2 deck quite frequently, and I am convinced that a separate deck will save me in the long-run. Therefore, for this purpose, I'm considering either a second, cheaper camcorder, or a miniDV deck. Does anyone know of a setup nicely compatible with the XL2? I run a G5 with FCP. Thanks for any advice, comments, info!
