Licenses for Music

Hey guys.

Im making a film, and Ive found a few bands that are willing to give us tracks for our film. I want to get myself COMPLETELY covered legally, and I realise I need a Master Use & Synchronisation License.

Can I jsut type up one of these myself, and get them to sign it (and list which songs it applies to). Is that all I need? Just a signature from them? (They have no manager/producer).

If you want to be COMPLETELY covered speak to an attorney preferably one who practices entertainment law. That's the only way to be COMPLETELY covered.
