You might try the Internet Archive (http://www.archive.org/index.php) which has a great search engine for royalty free media. You could also try the Digital History (http://www.digitalhistory.uh.edu/music/titles_noncopyright.cfm) site. I've gotten old music from both of these sites as well as the Royalty Free music site already mentioned.
