Back-up camera DCR-TRV900

Hello. I do alot of videography of weddings with a sony vx2000. Looking for a back-up camera. A friend of my wants to sell a DCR-TRV900 to me. Anyone out there still using this camera and what do they think of it. Any feedback will help. Thanks

from my limited experience with consumer camcorders I say this rocks. I need to learn to utilize it better for a bit better in low light but for what I paid, I can't believe you can buy better. I tried the new sony hard drive camcorders and It could not compare. I think the dvd 405 would compare but you wouldn't have as good as lens or as good as color. dvd compresses. trv 900 nice big lens and manual focus.
