Hi, everyone. I have been able to download photos to pc but not the videos. I have read the manual, downloaded DVDMOVIE album SE4.2 and DVD ram driver. I have spoken to Dell and they say I have USB 2.0 I have spoken to panasonic and they said ring Dell?? I tried the software on another computer and it has the same problems??

Hi Joyce. I had the same problem at first. Then I realized when you have the usb connection made, you must also use the AC power adapter to enable the connection. Once that is connected ( battery removed a ac adapater connected ) turn the camcorder on video play mode and the computer recognizes the drive. Then just enter your DVDMovie Album software and go under properties and setup for that drive letter for your camera. Once that is done it works everytime. Hope that helps you a little.
