Picture in Picture using animationfactory gifs

Is there a way to make a mini music video using several AFactory gifs
at the same time? I saw something similar in Windows Movie Maker. I have tried it on V S 10+ using overlay tracks but the gifs only last for a couple of seconds. I need them to last for the entire length of a soundtrack 3 to 4 minutes. I just purchased V S 10+ and am very inexperienced and I have a project I need to put together in a short period of time.
