Help making Spider-Man Spoof

How would you make it look like someone is crawling a wall without acctually climbing it? There is also a scene where Peter is flat against his back on the ceiling. Is there any kind of camera tricks to make these 2 things look good?

I think they use green/blue screens ,cables and some editting tricks .

For instance to have someone crawling a wall, maybe and just maybe you could do like this . Have a room masked all green and then shoting someone crawlling in the floor . Edit it flip the image so it looks like he is crawlling up and remove the green parts "keying" and add the wall you want .
Of course it will be more complicated but it's an idea that might just work .

you could go to home depot and buy the laminate that looks like brick and lay it on the floor if it's going to be a close shot.

I'm not sure of another way to do it on a tight budget.
