old PV-DV2030 write protected comes up??

hi have a old PV dv2030 she still works great as I use it to shoot underwater videos in a home made case, and shot several photos with the M- Card SD card,downloaded fine,but now I try to deleate and write protected comes on the view screen?
Manual says Write Protected swich is on? were is it?
