New cam with 3 1/4.7" CCD's is coming ?

Now it seems like PV-GS500 (MiniDV) has been discontinued. Is the new camcorder with 3 1/4.7" CCD's coming soon ? I was wondering if Panasonic would put these large CCD in MPEG2 SDcard camcorder or not.

AVCHD might be tempting but IMO it's too early to adopt.

Since, the price of flashcards has been dramatically dropped. I hope flashcard camcorder could gain more popularity.

Btw, I just know that HDC-SD1 works well with 8GB SDHC card. It would be nice if my SDR-S100 could work with that also. Since SDR-S150 only work with 4GB SDHC, I find no reason to upgrade with a small step.
