question on laws, etc

Could someone guide me into the right direction to find out about certain laws that apply to selling a dvd in a retail store. For example: different logo's on shirts in the film, if you need consent from bystanders to be on the film, etc.

Any links or info would be appreciated.

The only sure thing is to contact an attorney. Try to find one who specializes in entertainment law. Everything else is speculation since laws differ in every state and country. Don't take any chances with legal advice you find on the Internet.
