XH A1, grainy video quality?

Why does the review say that the video is grainy? :confused:

can someone please explain to me, for a camera of this price there should be no grain.

in the HV20 review it is only mentioned a little along with noise, but for the XH A1 it mentions visible grain alot.

Users forget to take the AGC off. When the switch is left on, the GAIN becomes grain. Other users do not know how to adjust the coring in the menu. Most is user error. Some even forget to use the top NR to the middle.
