Panasonic NV-GS320EG-S

Guys,
Where can i buy one of these in the USA?

There are many stores in the UK that have this but i cant find anywhere in the US.
Do Panasonic in the US name there camcorders differently than the UK, has it got something to do with PAL/NTSC as i see there are a lot of PV320 in the US but not the NV320 only the NV500
Confused!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
