Novice needs help

This is my first attempt at putting together some video and pics using Pinnacle 9 SE. For my video, I want to edit out the sound that the camera recorded, and instead have music from another source..

Sounds simple enough, but just can't seem to make sense of it.

Anyone offer any help?
