Hi Ive owned this cam for about 3 years and Ive hardly used it at all. I decided to get it out and charge it up today and to my horror the colours are all messed up.
Filming outside is impossible as everything is bright white and indoor shooting results in messed up colours. For example a normal red carpet appears a bright fuzzy red colour.
Ive had it on automatic and manual and Ive messed around with the settings and reset the cam but the colours are still messed up. Ive also plugged it into a TV to make sure its not just the lcd screen/viewfinder but its exactly the same.
The image the cam recieves is dominated with a red hue.
Any ideas?
