has anyone got this camcorder if so whats it like, is it easy to edit with, is watching it on tv or made on dvd is the quality good

I have the "professional" version of this camcorder, the Panasonic AG-HSC1U. Except for the matte black finish and color tuning, this is the same as what you are asking about.

I like it. It's fairly easy to handle and shoot with. I use Pinnacle Studio 11 for editing, which goes fairly easy too. The quality of the video is stunning when played on a good HDTV set. It can play directly on any HDTV with HDMI. I have also made regular DVDs that look very good too. I have a media player box that can play the files directly and it looks just as stunning as it does from the camcorder.

There are reviews and other comments about this camcorder within this forum. Just look around.
