Hello everyone,
So I've finally settled on the dcr-sr60 HDD camcorder *$300 referb on amazon* and I'm extremely careful with all of my electronics but I was planning on lugging this thing on backpacking and camping trips so I wanted to ask how well it would deal with being in a backpack. And 2ndly I wanted to say, I know hard disk's last on average 5+ years but every so often there's that one that last 6 months and breaks. How difficult / how expensive would it be to replace the hard drive in this thing if it does crap out. I've reassembled laptops, cell phones, ect from the ground up so as long as I can actually find a replacement drive it shouldn't be too much trouble.
