saving photo?

Does anyone no if you can save and open a photo edited in Pinnacle Studio 11 Ultimate? I edited a few stills while making a video, and I would like to get them out of Pinnacle. To say, either print or upload to web? I do save them but when I try to open from documents there is just an icon that looks like a house or something???

Put the pic on the timeline, click Tools: Grab Frame, grab it, then save as. To bring in a picture click album, browse, and then drag it onto the timeline.

But you really shouldn't be editing photos in Pinnacle anyway because ti does reduce the quality more than dedicated photo editors.
