mini lcd screen recommendations

Greetings all,

I recently got my hands on a Canon XL1S for dirt cheap.
I'd like to add an lcd viewfinder screen. any recommendations, or alternatives?

P.S. any other user advice for the XL1S would be very appreciated (still kind of a noob)

I am also still in search of a practical LCD viewer for my XL1. I purchased a 7" Proam monitor, however, I have found that the monitor is a little bit too big for my taste. I am looking into a 5" monitor but have yet to find one that is suitable. I mainly shoot documentary type footage which is sometimes outdoors and on the go. Not too big on having a huge (in proportion to the camera) monitor hanging off my camera. Will keep looking and try to let you know if I find something better.

It is really needed for me in my canon camera. LCD provides you perfect photography and more easy to take snaps and memory management. I would like to go for canon xl2 now.. Mine is to old now.
