Guys, my wife is currently in Japan and has bought an HDR-SR12. The menus are all in Japanese and although she can understand them, there doesn't seem to be the same change language setting that the overseas models have. Is this something that can be upgraded via software, or is a completely different model? Any help would be much appreciated.
