Take off the IF setting and let us know if that works.
Hello.. I just purchased the HF S10 and everything worked beautifully until I screwed on a Zeikos professional .45 HD wide-angle lens.
The camcorder can focus, zoom, do everything with this lens on but when I take it off, it can't focus on anything anymore.
It seems that the camcorder is stuck on a focus of about two (2) inches without the .45 lens on. When I screw the lens back on, it's in perfect working condition again with crystal clear and sharp images!?!
When I watch the view screen without the .45 lens on, the camcorder seems to be trying to focus but keeps going in and out of a blurry image.
I've tried every setting on the camcorder I possibly could; even the manual focus. Nothing works.
Any help would be greatly appreciated before I throw this thing out of my car window.
