Besides a bullet camera attached to a recording camera of some sort (cables) is there anyway to capture video on a camera then transfer it to a mini dv camera?...

Ok, got it going.
Can't believe it, I had the bullet cam hooked up to the battery but I guess the camera is always drawing off the battery so it ran the batt dow. Plugged in another batt, bingo -...
