Same here :( I've since purchased a Hauppage...

Same here :( I've since purchased a Hauppage capture card to get my analog stuff onto DVD. Works pretty well.

Well to date I have not found a hack to enable pass through on my Elura. Shame really, might be time to get back into a Sony again I guess, if their MiniDVs in fact still do pass through.

As long as it's the same voltage and the same type (Lithium ion) it should not be a problem. I have a BP-406 and an aftermarket "Lenmar" called LIC412, both work fine.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has found a way to hack the Elura 2MC to do analog pass though? I have simply been recording to tape and then playing it back but of course this takes twice as long and...
