I was speaking of the Cannon units being upgraded to a larger CCD, not making a statement that the Cannon has a larger CCD than the Sony unit. Thanks for the reply. After reading my earlier statement...

Desired extra features...
I thought I saw the SCD5000 DuoCam from Samsung has a 680,000-pixel MiniDV camcorder with a 4.1-megapixel still camera. Hmmm I bit higher than Sony... Oh yeah, the wanted extras...
let see, MPEG4...
