I think some limited versions of PowerDirector comes with the JVC HDD camcorders.

It's been around for a while but so has Vegas. Vegas has become very popular.

Wide angle lens, small Dv cam.

I want a small DV cam with a (very wide angle lens).

This is not specified. The "mm" marking in the lens devided by the ccd size should give the angle in degrees but who knows.
