Hi all - I read on here that it doesn't matter what brand of tapes you get but don't mix wet and dry. How do I tell which is what?

Wide angle lens, small Dv cam.
I want a small DV cam with a (very wide angle lens).
This is not specified. The "mm" marking in the lens devided by the ccd size should give the angle in degrees but who knows.
