hi i've got the same prob with mine .. your friend should have a driver cd which you need to install first, i lost mine & i'm having the same prob but when i had the disc it was done easily.. but any pic's or mpeg will transfere no problem.. if you do get the disc anychance you could email the driver to me please .. hope i've been of some help
