I also called the number on the website, spoke to a service technician, and he took my serial number, name, address, phone, etc...and told me to mail it into their service center in Irvine.

He said that they would fix it free of charge if it is a problem with their hardware. If it is something else that is causing it, they will give me a free estimate. He said it would take 7-14 days.

I will likely drive it down to the service center since I am not too far away from Irvine.
