This is a 2 part subject.

Part 1: I want to setup a webcam (cheap and I don't know the brand) outside to see what birds are coming to the feeders and have it record stills then upload to a website. Is there some software that would allow me to do this?


Part 2: My work wants to be able to have a live feed of meetings on our website. What all would be required for this? Does it matter what video camera we have or is one better than the other for this type of project?
