If you already use Encore then moving to Premiere Elements or Pro is a good solution to at least some issues.

We have many former Pinnacle users in our forum at muvipix, stop by and say hello. Most of them switched to Premiere Elements, some to Sony Vegas.

They can give you lots of tips and advice about why they switched. Many of them use either Encore or Sony DVD Architect to accomplish more in their DVD Authoring.
