Wink PV-GS400 Wide Angle Lens

On Sun I ordered a Panasonic GS400. Should arrive end of week. What Mfr. makes a quality wide angle lens (43mm filter diameter) for this camera? Also can anyone recommend a dealer?.............Thanks in advance,
Chasmo

Search the forum for "wide angle" and you should get some past discussions of this topic. In addition, there should be some good stuff at http://pana3ccduser.com.

Good luck.

WA Lens

I have the GS400 and have the Raynox DCR-6600Pro and the Raynox DCR-720 which I really like. If you have a digital camera I would suggest that you order a size to fit it then you can use the lens on both cameras. The DCR-720 only comes in 52mm thread size. I also have an Olynpus B300 telephoto lens (Not made any more) which works great on the camcorder. You can order the lenses from most reputable dealers or on EBay. Another accessory I would suggest is a monopod to help support the camcorder during long taping periods.

Great place to buy from

If you really want a great deal and super grat service goto dbuys.com web site and get the phone number and press ext:208 and ask for Jim Buck.
I just bought my PV-GS400 from with the super accessory package that came with all kinds of lens, filters, extra 3+ battery, plus a wide/telephoto lens, three filters, carry bag, full size tripod and many other great things. too much too write.
Just chack out their web site and their reviews and make sure you tell him that Nino told you.
He's a really cool guy who took care of everything right away.
Just check them out.
It was my first time buying from an online store which as you know is a little nerve racking but thank god it went really good.

later
Nino
