I am having trouble getting a tape to load. Both the batt. and the dew/log light come on together and blink. the book said that the tape protection circut is on. What,s that??? I called sharp they cant help me and nearest place to take it is around an hour and a half away. Hope someone can help. O the unit is not wet or does not have have dew on it. It,s been sitting in the case without a tape in it for 9 months or so.
