Books on lighting
I'm looking for the best book on lighting I can find. Two highly-regarded favorites seem to be Painting With Light by John Alton and Matters of Light and Depth: Creating Memorable Images for Video, Film, and Stills Through Lighting by Ross Lowell.

Right now I'm mainly interested in general principles that have stood the test of time. Thanks for any info you can provide.
