Unhappy External Microphone to a Sony DVD403
I just got off-line with Sony "Help" and they informed me there is no way to connect a truely external microphone (Not attached to the camera) to a DVD403 camcorder. Has anyone had any experience with cable converters that plug in to the 10pin Audio/Video port on the camera?? Help

sorry I don't have any news for you but I am looking to buy the same one as yours to film my new born baby. I am wondering if you could share your view on the cam. and may I ask how much you paid for it and where is the best place to buy it. Many thanks
