UK version Ulead 9

I'm interested in Ulead 9 and I was wondering what is the difference between the blue UK version and the red American version. Also, there is an SE version, what is that? I am just wondering as I have come across a good deal on the full uk version but don't know if it is ok to use in the states are what the difference is. Thanks!

AFAIK, the US version of Video Studio defaults to NTSC property settings and you Brits get PAL. Forget about the SE version(s) because they are crippled in ways that will surely cause you grief.

My advice is to hold off for a few days (weeks?) until version 10 comes out. If you buy 9 now you will just have to fork over another upgrade fee to move up to 10.
