How do I know if my memory backup battery needs to be replaced? (Yes, I'm a newbee with this viewcam.) I have a Sharp ViewCam E32, which is about 11 yrs. old. It was given to me. I know so little about it and didn't receive the owner's manual. Had to print one up from a website supplied by a generous poster in the forums. Forget your name, but THANKS!

Where can I find the right lithium battery for this camcorder? How much do they normally cost? Also, how do I get the cassette compartment open, to remove an old cassette, if it's stuck???
