good morning ladies and gentleman, my name is mac and I am looking for some help. I just got a Samsung SC-D363 and I dont know if I understand how to transfer video from the camcorder to my PC.

I have been able to hear what I record on the camcorder, however I am unable to get any video.

I installed both cd's that came with the camcorder. Should I reinstall or does someone out there have the magic solution for me.

Any help woould be great. Thanks
