DVD Menu Problems
I've been using Womble to make my movies. The problem I've been running into has been with making DVD Menus. I really like this program for stitching together my home movies and adding titles, music, etc...but I can't get a DVD menu to work.
If I don't setup a menu, just straight video, it'll make the VIDEO_TS folder, and I can burn it using Nero, play it in all sorts of DVD players, no problems.
If I use their menu templates, the preview looks and work fine, but when it's burned to a disc it just hangs up on the menus. and when I actually select a chapter to play, if i get lucky, it'll show the first frame of video and freeze....until I stop the DVD player.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

I don't have the DVD authoring version of Womble, so I can't help you there. You say you have Nero, if you have the full version you can use NeroVision to author the DVD with menus. Just save your edited project as DVD compliant .mpg file(s), then pull those into NeroVision, create a menu and burn.
Have you tried contacting Womble tech support? I believe they are very helpful.
Regards, Mike

Hey - I also use Womble and Nero and have created a few DVD's for myself and other family members using the Womble menus but have not had any problems. I have found that Womble's support is quite responsive, so you may want to shoot them an email. Good luck.
