It looks like this. This usually happens at the beginning few seconds of a tape. Sometimes it occur at the same position. Sometimes, there is no such stripes at the first time I play back then It shows up afterward. The content in the stripe seems changing all the time, so it looks like the camcorder cannot find the information for these region and made up something.

It happens both in my Elura 60 and Optura 30. Is that a problem of the tape or the camera head, or something else? How to avoid it? Thanks.
