Many Thanks for posting the clips!!!
I could view them after I have downloaded them onto my harddisk.
I think that the video quality is very good for a cam of this price.

Too big
I have broadband, but not the fastest, 62 meg would take 35 minutes. Maybe I'll try it later.

Video not opened
Hi, I am also not able to view the video. I did go to the store and check out the cam. In store, i.e. indoors, on the LCD, the picture is very brown. Any comments on indoor performance - with say lighting as in store or normal offices? My home lighting is similar to store indoors. This is my main concern before I buy this this camcorder.

I don't mean to come across as defensive but I own a Sony HandyCam trv-16 8mm that gives me comparable results using a tuner capture card.
The GS85(same picture as GS80 I assume) has interested me lately. But, the footage you have uploaded in that first clip is badly interlaced, stair stepped with distant shots. My old Hnadycam gives quality just as good up close but has the lines in the distance.
I am hoping that maybe it had something to do with post-processing and NOT straight from the GS.
Can you elaborate on this?
