AVCHD files and the PS3 - audio trouble
Anyone else have trouble playing .MTS or .M2TS files through their PS3 and not getting 5.1 surround? I've tried copying the files to the hard drive, or playing straight from the SDHC card and I get a little sound through the center channel, and alot of sound through the right channel. I get extremely low-to-no sound from the rest of the channels. I've had this with my own recorded files, as well as others I've downloaded from other people. When I play the files on the computer they seem to play just fine.
The files I recorded were via my AG-HSC1U. I've tried the raw .MTS files, as well as files converted to .M2TS by HDWriter. The other files I believe were created by Panasonic SD1's. I don't think any were recorded by a Sony AVCHD player.
Anyone else experience this?
