Xl2 Focus Problems
After Having Great Success With My Gl2 I Spent The Money For The Xl2 But Have Been Disappointed With What Appears To Be A Focus Lag Problem, Has Anyone Else Encountered A Similiar Problem. PER INSTRUCTIONS FROM CANON SUPPORT I HAVE SET FOCUS SPEED TO HIGH AND CLEANED GOLD CONTACTS ON LENSE AND CAMERA, THERE SEEMED TO BE A IMPROVEMENT.
THX, ANY INPUT WOULD BE APPRECIATED

make sure the lens mount has all 5 screws so the lens cannot be able to be pushed up and down, remove the lens and check all the screws i think you can bye some at ace hardware or some were similar. this happened to like 3 of my xl1s they didn't have all the screws in it so the lens was easy to move around when it is mounted to the camera
