The TRV 900 sounds like a very good camera for the type of work that I want to do with it: serious amateur to semi-professional filmmaking. I'm concerned about the age of the mechanical sections and the availability of parts and service in the coming years. Similar features on current technology cameras put their price tags out of reach at this point, and frankly, it seems to be hard to beat the image of the TRV 900 even then. Do you current owners have any feedback for me before I plop down a pile of $$ for a camera with some miles on it, or should I even do it?
