I recorded my footage with a canon xl1s, I assumed that all playback is the same no matter the camera so I captured the footage into final cut pro from another camera. the camera is a 1 chip old canon zr. so now I see that there are bars on the left and bottom of my edited project. Dont tell me I will have to recapture and re-edit the whole thing. well if so does anyone know how to crop around the entire frame on a whole edited piece?
