I'm trying to get the video that I have captured with Adobe cs3 to render in MPEG-2, when I go to the media encoder I can't get MPEG-2, only Windows Media, Flash and a couple of others. When I encode into Windows Media and then burn, my video looks like VHs, in other words it looks like crap.
The video is downloaded as an AVI file, and I've used Fire Wire. Are there settings on the camera or what am I doing wrong.
I'm going insane and have filled a landfill with DVD's.

Help!!!!!!!
