I have read through the other posts about this but I haven't found anything that has helped me. I have done everything I am supposed to do get it to finalize. It was plugged into the wall, view mode, function, menu, options..and the finalize is still black. I have noticed that it will finalize on video mode but not VR mode. I called the support number but they basically had no clue... Anyone have an idea?
