Re: FCE on Leopard

I have been using it for couple days a lot, and haven't discovered any yet. Btw, Leopard is SWEET!

I'm new to the iMac and can't seem to get the system to see my Panasonic DVC30 hooked up via 6 to 4 pin fw cable.. Neither FCE or iVideo seems to acknowledge anything on the system.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this started up properly?

Cheers

Since I don't know much about your camcorder, will point you to another site I use to get info when I don't find it here. its http://www.dvinfo.net/conf . I got rid of my camcorder with firewire. I know you have a sequence to get it to recognize, and if you miss one, it won't work. Took me a bit to get it right too. Wish I could remember to log them here for you but sorry I forgot. Good luck on the other site I pointed out.

Thumbs up

FCE4HD works great under Leopard- used it with no issues at all.

I'm using FCE 3.5.1 on my MacMini Duo 1.83 using Leopard,
Everything works fine here, No bugs or glitches to report.

FCE works like a charm. I have a Sony HDR-SR5E (AVCHD) and they have been having a great time together.
